Charles B. Perry

Charles Bernard Perry, 83, of Richland, died Feb. 16 at Tri-Cities Chaplaincy Hospice House in Kennewick.

He was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 56 years.

He was a retired electronics technician at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
