Winnie F. Foster

Winnie Faye Foster, 92, of Kennewick, died Feb. 16 in Kennewick.

She was born in Eden, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area for 63 years.

She was a journeyman grocery store checker.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
