Manuel D. Brincat

Manuel David Brincat, 85, of Richland, died Feb. 15 at home in Richland.

He was born in Detroit, Mich., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1979.

He was a retired machinist and facilities manager at Hanford.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
