Arthur R. Hinckley

Arthur R. Hinckley, 77, of Kennewick, died Feb. 7 at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick.

He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-City resident.

He was a retired laboratory technician at Hanford.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
