Emily J. Ribail

Emily JoAnn Ribail, 76, of Richland, died Jan. 27 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

She was born in Yakima and lived in Seattle before moving to the Tri-City area one year ago.

She retired as a secretary for the Department of Labor.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
