Saeng Xayvong

Saeng Xayvong, 73, of Kennewick, died Jan. 20 in Kennewick.

He was born in Xaignabouli, Laos, and was a Tri-City resident since 1990.

He was a custodian.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
