Sibyl Collins

Sibyl Collins, 94, of Kennewick, died Jan. 17 in Kennewick.

She was born in Noxapater, Miss., and lived in the Tri-City area for eight years.

She was a homemaker.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
