Joseph ‘Joe’ Picker

Joseph ‘Joe’ Henry Picker, 72, of Pasco, died at Jan. 13 at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle.

He was born in Isabel, S.D., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1989.

He was a general contractor and owned LP Construction.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
