Willie C. Howard

Willie C. Howard, 86, of Kennewick, died Jan. 12 at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick.

She was born in Oklahoma and lived in the Tri-City area since 1987.

She was a retired pastor.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
