Justin S. Elzinga

Justin Scott Elzinga, 20, of Kennewick, died Jan. 5 in Seattle.

He was born in Salt Lake City and lived in the Tri-City area since 1998.

He was a student at Washington State University in Pullman.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
