Boyd D. Mink

Boyd Drayton Mink, 86, of Richland, died Jan. 1 in Richland.

He was born in Council, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area for 3 1/2 years.

He was a retired Phillips 66 wholesale dealer and convenience store owner.
