Donna J. Kater

Donna Jean Kater, 70, of Kennewick, died Dec. 31 in Kennewick.

She was born in Oakland, Calif., and was a Kennewick resident for 38 years.

She was a retired librarian.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
