Jack R. Parks

Jack Raymond Parks, 60, of Kennewick, died Dec. 16 in Richland.

He was born in Big Pine, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for 30 years.

He retired from concrete finishing for Leingang Excavation.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
