R. Michael Dillard

R. Michael Dillard, 62, of Mattawa, died Dec. 11 in Richland.

He was born in Oak Ridge, Tenn., and lived in the Mattawa for 48 years.

He was a retired water master for the South Columbia Irrigation District.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
