Frank D. Willingham

Frank David Willingham, 82, of Kennewick, died Dec. 5 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

He was born in Chamois, Mo., and lived in the Tri-City area for three years.

He was a retired Air Force colonel and security specialist.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
