Tom E. Powers

Tom E. Powers, 84, of Kennewick, died Nov. 27 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

He was born in Dubuque, Iowa, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1959.

He was a retired real estate agent.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
