Richard L. Lyons

Richard Leroy Lyons, 86, of Kennewick, died Nov. 27 in Kennewick.

He was born in Tacoma and lived in the Tri-City area for 14 years.

He was a retired concrete truck driver.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
