Daniel L. Higgins

Daniel L. Higgins, 82, of Kennewick, died Nov. 26 in Kennewick.

He was born in Pueblo, Colo., and was a Tri-City resident for 20 years.

He was a retired supervisor in the cement manufacturing industry.
