Kyle E. Lynch

Kyle E. Lynch, 47, of Moses Lake, died Nov. 23 in Kennewick.

He was born in Kennewick, and had lived in Moses Lake for the past 11 years.

He was a legislative assistant for Sen. Judy Warnick, R-Moses Lake, with the 13th Legislative District.

Kayser’s Chapel of Memories, Moses Lake, is in charge of arrangements.
