Robert C. Bruce

Robert Clarence Bruce, 74, of Richland, died Nov. 19 in Richland.

He was born in Helena, Mont., and lived in the Tri-City area for 10 years.

He was a retired California Highway Patrolman.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
