C. Dwight Underwood

C. Dwight Underwood, 87, of Pasco, died Nov. 19 in Richland.

He lived in the Tri-Cities off and on since 1986.

He was a retired apprenticeship coordinator for International Union of Operating Engineers Local 370.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of the arrangements.
