Richard L. Copeland

Richard L. Copeland, 87, of Granger, died Nov. 16 in Granger.

He was born in Valentine, Neb., and was a longtime Lower Valley resident.

He was a farmer.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
