Castulo M. Garcia Mendoza

Castulo Manuel Garcia Mendoza, 73, of Kennewick, died Nov. 14 in Kennewick.

He was born in Puebla, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-City area for 13 years.

He was a housekeeper.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
