Penny L. Taylor

Penny Lanette Taylor, 69, of Richland, died Nov. 12 in Seattle.

She was born in Toppenish and was a longtime Richland and Sunnyside resident.

She was a retired assistant manager.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
