Frances J. Robinson

Frances Joan Robinson, 85, of Burbank, died Nov. 13 in Kennewick.

She was born in Colfax and lived in the Tri-City area for 60 years.

She was a homemaker.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
