Desmond J. Whelan

Desmond J. Whelan, 60, of Kennewick, died Nov. 8 in Kennewick.

He was born in Long Beach, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for 34 years.

He was the owner of Cut-n-Edge Lawn Care.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
