Michael D. Neer

Michael Dean Neer, 66, of Kennewick, died Nov. 7 in Richland.

He was born in Whitefish, Mont., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1964.

He was a retired iron worker.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
