Billy R. Simpson

Billy Roy Simpson, 81, of Kennewick, died Nov. 1 in Kennewick.

He was born in Conroe, Texas, and lived in the Tri-City area for 25 years.

He was a retired certified records manager for the federal government.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
