Allen F. Hailey

Allen Franklin Hailey, 96, of Kennewick, died Oct. 27 in Kennewick.

He was born in Eltopia and was a lifelong Tri-City area resident.

He was a retired cattle rancher.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
