Donald E. Deines, 87, of Pasco, died Oct. 21 in Kennewick.

He was born in Henry, Neb., and was a Tri-City resident for 50 years.

He was self-employed.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
