Scott Ryan Smith, 41, of Burbank, died Oct. 15 in Burbank.

He was born in Redding, Calif. and was a lifelong Burbank resident.

He was a pipe layer in construction.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
