Ruth A. (Cherry) Monacelli

Ruth Arnell (Cherry) Monacelli, 81, of Palm Desert, Calif., died Sept. 21 in Palm Desert.

She was born in St. John, N.D., was raised in Hermiston, Ore., and lived in Kennewick from 1982 until moving to Palm Desert in 2007.

She was a retired stewardess and tour and travel consultant.

Burns Mortuary of Hermiston, Ore., is in charge of arrangements.
