Mathis Hernandez, 20-week-old son of Karina and David Hernandez of Kennewick, died Oct. 5 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Richland.

Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
