Dorothy C. Turley

Dorothy Carnes Turley, 83, of Richland, died Sept. 28 in Richland.

She was born in Durham, Okla., and lived in Basin City since 1956.

She was a retired bookkeeper.

Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
