Keith G. Loy

Keith Guy Loy, 67, of Richland, died Sept. 27 in Richland.

He was born in Mount Vernon and lived in the Tri-City area since 1996.

He was a retired manager at Cascade Natural Gas in Kennewick.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
