Randall E. Spanjer Sr.

Randall Edward Spanjer Sr., 64, of Richland, died Sept. 21 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Ephrata and lived in the Tri-Cities for 14 years.

He was a hydro mechanic for the Grant County PUD.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
