Carrie L. Blair

Carrie Lynn Blair, 47, of Richland, died Aug. 24 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She was born in Reedsport, Ore., and lived in Richland for 12 years.

She worked for call centers in Yakima.

Neptune Society, Spokane, is in charge of arrangements.
