Joan K. Slavens

Joan Kathleen Slavens, 46, of Richland, died Sept. 17 in Richland.

She was born in Madras, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1974.

She was a former graphic designer for Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
