Richard F. Gilmore

Richard Francis Gilmore, 91, died Sept. 16 at home in Kennewick.

He was born in Otis, Colo., and lived in Kennewick for 48 years.

He was a retired designer and engineer at the Hanford area.

Mueller’s Chapel of the Falls, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
