Thomas C. Bowlin

Thomas C. Bowlin, 74, of Richland, died Sept. 9 in Richland.

He was born in Prineville, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area for 62 years.

He was a retired hydro power operator.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
