Jay W. Haley Jr.

Jay W. Haley Jr., 75, of Outlook, died Sept. 7 in Sunnyside.

He was born in Wheeler, Ark., and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.

He was a retired automotive mechanic.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
