James W. Brooks

James Walter Brooks, 66, of Kennewick, died Aug. 27 in Kennewick.

He was born in Texas and was a lifelong Tri-City area resident.

He was a security officer.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
