Pasco school plans fundraiser for children in the Congo

The Captain Gray Stem Elementary School 6th graders are holding a “Carnival 4 Congo” fundraising event 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. June 10 at the school, 1102 N. 10th Ave. in Pasco.

The fundraiser is for the students’ pen pals in the Democratic Republic of Congo to build a water tank and to raise awareness of the water crisis there.
