Conference for educators looking to be inspired

The Inspire 2016 conference, presented by Educational Service District 123, aims to aid teachers seeking new sources of inspiration in their preparation and planning for the 2016-17 year.

Registration is open for conference, which runs 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. June 14-15 at the Red Lion in Pasco. Teachers and other certificated professionals looking for clock hour credits can take advantage of the early bird discount by registering before June 3. The two-day conference offers eight clock hours and more than 18 unique breakout sessions. Cost is $135.

Conference participants will learn and share the innovative uses of instructional strategies and technology across a myriad of disciplines. Some breakout session topics include behavior and classroom management, special needs education, creativity and engaging distracted learners.
