Kennewick High School students Caitlyn Combs and Abbey Anthis placed first at the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America state competition in the Interior Design category.

Caitlyn and Abbey will compete at the national competition in San Diego in July. They each also received a scholarship for free 3-D home design software from Chief Architect.

Caitlyn, a sophomore, and Abbey, a junior, were assisted by advisers Caitlin Almaguer and Sandhollow Homes in creating their professional floor plan.
