Fever football players celebrate Attendance Matters win with Pasco students

A group of about 10 players and team owner Teri Carr helped the Pasco school celebrate winning the Attendance Matters contest, held March 5 at the Toyota Center in Kennewick.
Attendance Matters is a United Way campaign to improve higher school attendance rates.
Fifteen middle schools within seven school districts in Benton and Franklin counties were eligible to win.
The program is sponsored by the United Way of Benton & Franklin Counties.
