Earth Day — celebrated on April 22 — is a time set aside for people to come together to share their appreciation for our planet and environment. It is a time to consider pollution, conservation and preservation, and to take actions to improve the world we live in.

Students in Linda Grover’s art classes at Virgie Robinson Elementary School in Pasco shared the “mini posters” they made during their lessons about Earth Day taught through Dr. Seuss’ book The Lorax.
