Heritage University to host career expo March 31
An upcoming career expo at Heritage University will connect Yakima Valley job seekers and employers. The expo, scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 31 in the Heritage Smith Family Hall in the Arts and Science Center on the school’s main campus in Toppenish, is free and open to the public.
Job-seekers will have the opportunity to meet with key employers, learn about Heritage’s employment and paid internship programs, and explore Career Connect, Heritage’s online career services management system.
Guests also will learn about graduate-level programs offered at universities across the Northwest. These schools — including the University of Washington School of Pharmacy, UW School of Dentistry, UW School of Social Work, Portland State University School of Social Work and others — will have representatives with information about their graduate degree programs.
