Prosser school parent forum to discuss youth issues March 26

The Prosser School District will hold a parent forum and resource fair from 8:30 a.m. to noon March 26 at Prosser High School, 1203 Prosser Ave.

The district has partnered with the Prosser Community Involvement Action Coalition C.I.A, the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

Parents and the public will learn about issues affecting today’s youth from area experts. Topics include teen stress and suicide prevention, drug abuse prevention and trends, gang awareness and prevention, youth anxiety/depression and eating disorders.

Childcare will be provided on site. Spanish translation will be offered. Learn more at prosserschools.org.
