Kamiakin to host kids’ cheer clinic Dec. 12

The Kamiakin High School cheer team will host a cheer clinic for kids from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 12 in the school gymnasium, 600 N. Arthur St. in Kennewick. Children age 5 and up are invited to attend.

Participants will learn cheer moves and a simple cheer routine, which they will perform at the Kamiakin girls’ basketball game that evening.

Event registration will begin at 9 a.m. Dec. 12. The registration fee is $25 per child, which includes a pizza lunch. Participants should bring a plain white T-shirt to decorate.
